WinZip is a fraudulent app. This application, which I have not used, keeps charging my credit card $59.90 every year for a product I do not use.
I have repeatedly contacted them to stop the subscription and even though they sent me a confirmation email on March 1, 2022, titled 'Deactivated Subscription #S1141****: Updated subscription details for WinZip's products', confirming the deactivated status, they continue to charge my Capital One credit card. I have notified my credit card company and opened a dispute for 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Cancel and refund
Our home was part of the Los Angeles fire on January 7. We lost everything in our house, including our computers. We need to cancel our service with WinZip immediately and hopefully get a credit going back to January 7 the day of the fire.

Ik heb de licentiecode Gekopiert en in geplakt en op de activeren dan geeft aan dat het goed is en met de hand in zetten gaat ook niet.
Gevraagt om oplossing maar dat lukt ook niet .

I ordered the free trial. Could not use it. Canceled the trial, they charged me and charge me three years since then I can get them to stop.
Stop charging my account. They called me in order to work with me to get it to work. I told him I didnt want it I had something on my machine that worked better

WinZip is like covid
One day, WinZip captured all my files that were zipped, and if I try to download any zip file, a large block appears telling me my WinZip evaluation period has expired. I have no idea where it came from all of a sudden.
I don't even remember getting it for free.
So, I just paid the fee, but I still get that message and can't access any zip files, old or new. It's like it automatically appeared and I can't get rid of it or make it work for me.
